Just back from the farmer's market where I am putting my new Vitamix to use on lots of green stuff! This creamy, bright, Kermit color smoothie is very cooling and refreshing. Sorry to my people who actually have Winter -- here in the Silicon Valley, it is a perfect, sunny 60 or so degrees. Nice weather for this drink (and a Margarita later with the extra lime juice I bought).1/4 cup lime juice
1 Granny Smith apple
1/2 English cucumber
1 avocado
1/2 handful cilantro
2 baby fennel tops
1/2 cup water
3 tsp agave nectar
